This document sets out the fundamental principles and commitments that guide Ambimed's work towards a sustainable, responsible and welfare-conscious future for all stakeholders.

At the heart of Ambimed's philosophy lies the harmonization of economic growth, innovation and the priority protection of the health and safety
of workers, customer satisfaction and compliance with regulations and ethical values. The principles of safeguarding, safety and dignity of the
human person constitute the foundation of this policy.

Our Travel Medicine Services

Thanks to the experience gained in the Travel Medicine sector, Ambimed has applied the issues of prevention and medical safety while traveling within the framework of the obligations set forth in Model 231, Legislative Decree 81/08 and ISO 31030 directives by structuring a proposal of services to protect the health of employees before, during and after the work trip and/or period of stay abroad. With the correct prevention and adequate preparation, transfer staff are able to safely face business travel.

Ambimed's commitment results in the development and implementation of an

The strategies, which underlie the development of the company's business, are based on the values
and corporate mission, which also influence the behavior guidelines for
employees and collaborators in order to achieve the best possible results through the
sharing problems and opportunities.

 

In order to implement its Policy, Ambimed is committed to:
- apply the logic of risk analysis to all operational and decision-making processes, identifying
threats and opportunities that may affect quality and safety;
- manage compliance with all applicable regulations and other signed requirements, including
contractual or voluntary;
- Involve and raise awareness among all staff and external contractors through training
training and ongoing awareness activities;
- activate a corporate culture oriented toward prevention, continuous improvement and
shared responsibility;
- maintain safe, healthy and inclusive work environments, protecting the physical and mental health
of those involved;
- regularly evaluate the effectiveness of the system and processes, including through objectives
measurable, defined and reviewed annually by management;
- provide adequate human, infrastructure and economic resources to
achievement of the objectives;
- foster sustainable practices also in the supply chain, promoting behaviors that are
ethical and respectful of the environment and people;
- ensure active compliance with regulations on worker health and safety, with the
aiming to continuously improve the working conditions of staff, including suppliers;
- prevent accidents and occupational diseases through analyses related to fire risk, hygiene
and safety within the work premises, direct/indirect environmental impacts and management of
emergencies;
- ensure that this document is properly made available to the
stakeholders.

Ambimed annually defines, in the Management Review, its improvement objectives on which to evaluate the effectiveness and usefulness of its Management System and provides adequate means and resources to achieve them.
