Code of Ethics

We promote a culture of health, safety and responsibility in Italian and international mobility contexts, based on the principles of integrity, competence, fairness and respect for the individual.

The Code of Ethics defines the values and behaviors that inspire the activities of our company, collaborators and partners, in Italy and abroad.
We are committed to ensuring the dissemination of these principles and the rules contained therein, including through the body that oversees their observance.

Our Travel Medicine Services

Thanks to the experience gained in the Travel Medicine sector, Ambimed has applied the issues of prevention and medical safety while traveling within the scope of the obligations of Model 231, Legislative Decree 81/08 and ISO 31030 directives by structuring a proposal of services to protect the health of employees before, during and after the work trip and/or period of stay abroad. With the correct prevention and adequate preparation, transfer staff are able to safely face business travel.

Chapter I - GENERAL PROVISIONS


1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION AND ADDRESSEES
The principles set forth in this Code bind all persons who, within the
Company, hold positions of representation, administration or management, or who
exercise, even de facto, management and control, all employees without exception,
those who cooperate and collaborate with it - in any capacity - in the pursuit of its
objectives, and - more generally - anyone who has business relations with it (hereinafter the
"Recipients"). The Company undertakes to disseminate this Code of Ethics, as well as to ensure
company personnel adequate training on its contents.


Chapter II - ETHICAL PRINCIPLES


2. ETHICAL PRINCIPLES.
The Company complies with the ethical principles (hereinafter also the "Principles") set forth below: -
legality; - equality and impartiality; - transparency, fairness and professionalism; -
confidentiality; - value of the person and human resources; - fight against the phenomena of fraud
taxation and smuggling.

2.1 LEGALITY.
The conduct of the Recipients, as defined in Article 1, is marked by compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

2.2 EQUALITY AND IMPARTIALITY
The Company protects and promotes respect for human dignity, which must not be discriminated against on the basis of age, sex, sexual orientation, personal and social conditions, race, language,nationality, political and trade union opinions and religious beliefs. Consequently, discriminatory behavior is not tolerated. In carrying out the various social activities, Recipients must operate impartially, making decisions with professional rigor and objectivity according to objective and neutral evaluation criteria.

2.3 TRANSPARENCY, FAIRNESS AND PROFESSIONALISM
All actions, operations, negotiations and, more generally, the conduct of the Recipients shall be
inspired by the utmost transparency, to be understood as clarity and truthfulness of conduct, and
fairness. In the management of activities, Recipients are, in fact, required to provide truthful, complete and accurate information. The performance of social activities is marked by criteria of professionalism, commitment and diligence appropriate to the nature of the tasks and responsibilities entrusted to each.

2.4 CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA PROTECTION
Confidentiality is an inescapable rule of all conduct. The following must be ensured
confidentiality of information in the strictest compliance with current legislation on
the protection of personal data. The obligation of confidentiality extends not only to
information concerning the Company, but also to information concerning the Group, patients, suppliers or other parties in business relationships. No employee or collaborator may benefit in any way, directly or indirectly, personally or financially, from the use of confidential information. Disclosure of information to third parties must be made only by authorized parties and, in any case, in accordance with company regulations. In the communication to third parties of information, permitted for official or professional reasons, the confidential nature of the information must be expressly stated and compliance with the obligation of confidentiality must be requested from the third party. Human resources represent an indispensable and valuable value for the growth and development
of the company. In order to enhance the abilities and skills of each person, merit criteria are adopted and equal opportunities are guaranteed for all. Accordingly, human resource management tends to the improvement and enhancement of everyone's abilities, including through training and refresher activities. The organization of work is aimed at avoiding situations of organizational oppression and/or psychological violence. Working conditions that help people to perform their duties in an atmosphere of cooperation, respect and serenity are guaranteed. No forms of harassment or discriminatory behavior based on personal characteristics unrelated to work are allowed in the work environment and in the performance of company activities. The Company prohibits in the work environment any form of propaganda of ideas based on racial superiority or hatred.

2.6 COMBATING THE PHENOMENA OF TAX FRAUD AND SMUGGLING
The Company undertakes to comply with tax obligations within the terms and in the manner prescribed by law or by the competent tax authority for its own protection. Acts, facts and transactions are undertaken in such a way as to make applicable forms of taxation in accordance with the real economic substance of the transactions. The information required in the fulfillment of customs requirements for imports is fully and truthfully represented, and border duties due are paid in a timely manner. Maximum cooperation with each tax and customs authority is guaranteed, with a view to maximum transparency.
